" My yard was overrun with weeds, 2 small trees needed to be cut down and the shrubs needed pruning! I just had major back surgery and was not able bend down, preventing me from working in my yard. So I sent Mateo an email explaining my plight! He called me and left a message asking me to call him back, that his crew was working at the entryway to Roehampton Court and could possibly get all but spraying the weeds, done for me today. He would be back on Thursday for the regular maintenance and would take care of the weeds then. He did hand pull a bunch of them just to make the yard look cleaner. When I went out to ask him to do me a favor and measure the door to the backyard, which he did without question, everything had been done and it looked beautiful. I cannot express my thanks to Mateo for his kindness and reassurance that everything would be taken care of. He told me if I needed anything, not to hesitate to call him any time.
